As we enter this period of economic downturn, many leaders are thinking about how to maintain efficiency and productivity while reducing costs—it's a difficult challenge with a lot of moving parts. This is where having a clear, and bought-into strategy becomes even more critical to your organization’s ability to assess, address, and adapt.

On top of that, and more than ever, employees today demand to feel included, heard and a part of the overall direction – they want a clear vision, and to feel aligned on the goals and values of the organization. And, with the new way of working in the distributed world, doing that is also harder than ever.

Join senior peers and thought leaders at this amazing gourmet dinner, on September 29th to discuss the key challenges in creating business efficiency through cultural alignment and employee engagement across your organization, and tapping into the power of collective intelligence to:

  • Align on strategy across the entire organization and empower employees to execute it
  • Move priorities into action, leading change in a meaningful and inclusive way
  • Stay agile and iterate to the shifts in the market to keep talent engaged and business competitive
